Montefalco Sagrantino
Red Wine
For the production of this wine, the pride of the region of Umbria, 100% Sagrantino grapes are obtained from selected bunches. The peels remain in maceration for 18/22 days, and then proceed to racking. In order to create greater harmony and softness, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, where it remains for a minimum of one year. Refinement continues in the bottle, totaling a minimum period of aging of 33 months. The result is a very intense smelling and tasting wine.

Todi Rosso Superiore
Red Wine
This wine is produced from a selection of the best bunches of grapes Sangiovese (60%), Merlot (30%) and Sagrantino (10%). The process of maceration with skins and the refinement in French oak barrels give this elegant and structured wine a soft and pleasantly tannic feel. It has intense red color with violet reflections, hints of ripe red fruit (redcurrants and blackberries) brazed and spiced.

Grechetto di Todi Superiore
White Wine
Wine produced exclusively with the best grapes of the variety Grechetto di Todi (100%) obtained from carefully selected vineyards. Characterized by gentle pressing, cold maceration barrels and steel refinement, the result is a structured product (thanks to the contribution of wood), but at the same time fine and elegant. Deep yellow straw color with golden reflections, fruity fragrance with touches of honey and caramel. Taste sour, balanced acidity, persistent to the palate.

Grechetto di Todi
White Wine
Wine produced with the best grapes of the Grechetto di Todi variety (100%), grown exclusively in the Todi region. This wine expresses the nobility of the territory in which it is produced, has a strong personality, but is both versatile and very pleasant. The pressing of the grapes is extremely soft in order to extract only the best of the grape. Fresh and intensely fruity flavor, with a predominance of mineral, persistent to the palate, slight residual taste of almonds.
