For the production of this wine, the pride of the region of Umbria, 100% Sagrantino grapes are obtained from selected bunches. The peels remain in maceration for 18/22 days, and then proceed to racking. In order to create greater harmony and softness, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, where it remains for a minimum of one year. Refinement continues in the bottle, totaling a minimum period of aging of 33 months. The result is a very intense smelling and tasting wine.
